Any quotes or estimates provided through our website or contact form are indicative only and subject to a site survey. A formal written quote will be provided following an assessment of your property. Prices are subject to change and all quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

We endeavour to provide all services to a high professional standard. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw a service at our discretion. All services are subject to a separate service agreement which will be provided prior to works commencing.
5. Payment
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. All prices quoted include VAT unless otherwise stated.
6. Cancellations
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation charge. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Liability
Dall Cleaning Company is fully insured for public liability. We take every care when carrying out our services, however we cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage or defects to your property. Any claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service being completed.
